The website is based on the WordPress platform and – by default setting – no personal data are collected from the visitors. The only data involved are of a technical nature (cookies), for the purpose of collecting general data regarding the visit (see the Cookie Policy page).

Processing procedure
The controller shall take suitable safety measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, changing or destruction of any personal data. All personal data are used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the service or action requested by the users involved, that is to say sending information materials (answers to queries, notices and newsletters, official documents and measures, etc.).

The data provided by the user via e-mail to the Ecomuseo della Montagna Pistoiese Association are entered in a contact list, to which promotional and information messages may be sent.
The personal data collected are: name; surname; phone address; e-mail.
Displaying contacts from external platforms
This type of services allows for viewing contents hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this application and to interact with the latter.
If a service of this type has been installed, it is possible that – even if the users do not use the service – the latter may collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed.

User’s rights
Users may exercise specific rights in respect of the data processed by the controller.

• Receive data or have them transferred to another Controller. Any user is entitled to receive their own data in a structured format, commonly is use and legible by an automated device; also – wherever technically feasible – to obtain their smooth transfer to another controller. This provision shall be applied when the data are processed using automated instruments and processing is based on the user’s consent, on a contract to which the user is party, or on contractual measures related thereto.
• Lodge a complaint. Any user may lodge a complaint with the supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data or start legal proceedings in that regard.
